Position : MIS Executive- Sales Coordination Location : Noida, India Experience : 2–4 years Working days: 5.5 days from office Employment Type : Full-time About the Role We are seeking a proactive and analytical professional to join our team as an MIS Executive & Data Reporting Coordinator. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing MIS reports, coordinating with sales teams, and supporting operations with accurate data insights. Key Responsibilities Data Reporting & MIS Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on sales performance, targets, and achievements. Build and maintain Excel dashboards for management review. Ensure data accuracy by performing reconciliation and error checks. Support automation of reporting processes to reduce manual effort. Analyze data trends and provide actionable insights to sales and operations. Sales Team Coordination Work closely with zonal sales managers to track targets and progress. Share regular reports and dashboards to support decision-making. Handle ad-hoc data requests from sales and management teams. Assist in planning and forecasting activities with accurate data inputs. Logistics & Operations (Basic Support) Process orders and coordinate with the dispatch team for smooth deliveries. Provide basic support in logistics reporting and monthly reconciliation with transporters. Follow up on in-transit issues and ensure resolution with minimal disruption. Desired Skills & Qualifications Graduate (B.Sc./B.Com/BBA) with 2–4 years of experience in MIS, reporting, or sales coordination. Strong command of Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Dashboards). Experience with SAP / ERP systems / CRM tools preferred. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
