Hiring: Unit Manager / Centre Manager (Operations, Admissions & Leadership)
Location: Alipore, Kolkata – 700027
Salary: ₹6–7 LPA
Working Hours: 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Joining: Immediate
Responsibilities
Admissions & Business Growth
* Drive admissions and achieve enrolment targets.
* Conduct parent counseling and school tours.
* Build relationships within the local community.
* Plan and execute local marketing initiatives and admission events.
* Monitor enquiry-to-admission conversion and improve conversion rates.
Operations & Leadership
* Manage daily preschool operations and ensure quality standards.
* Recruit, lead, mentor, and develop staff.
* Implement curriculum aligned with regulations and international frameworks.
* Build strong parent relationships and community trust.
* Manage budgets and ensure compliance with local laws.
* Collaborate with international colleagues to implement best practices.
Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Early Childhood Education).
* 5+ years of experience as a Preschool Centre Manager or in a similar leadership role.
* Strong leadership and people management skills.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and time management abilities.
* Proficient in MS Office and HR systems.
* Fluent in spoken and written English.
Preferred Location
Candidates from nearby areas such as Judges Court Road, Alipore, New Alipore, Behala, Chetla, Sarat Bose Road, and Bhawanipore will be preferred.
