Navikenz - AI Architect

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and oversee the end-to-end architecture of AI-driven platforms, ensuring they are scalable, secure, and aligned with enterprise standards.

- Lead the integration of Generative AI models into existing business workflows to automate complex processes and enhance decision-making capabilities.

- Develop and optimize RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines to ensure high-accuracy, context-aware responses in large-scale language model implementations.

- Evaluate and select appropriate technology stacks, frameworks, and cloud infrastructure to support high-performance AI model training and inference.

- Mentor cross-functional engineering teams on best practices for AI development, model deployment, and MLOps to foster a culture of technical excellence.

- Collaborate with business leaders to identify high-impact use cases for AI, translating abstract requirements into actionable technical specifications.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in designing complex AI architectures with a deep understanding of Generative AI and RAG frameworks.

- Proven ability to architect and deploy large-scale machine learning systems in production environments, managing the full lifecycle from design to maintenance.

- Strong proficiency in modern programming languages and AI/ML libraries, coupled with a deep understanding of cloud-native architectures.

- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and influence senior leadership decisions.

- Ability to thrive in a collaborative, hybrid work environment across Bangalore and Noida, balancing individual technical contribution with team leadership.

- A minimum of 12 to 18 years of professional experience in software engineering and AI architecture, with a track record of delivering high-impact technical solutions.

- A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related quantitative field, providing a strong foundation for advanced system design.
