About Tria:

Crypto's first real consumer product - a mobile-first app for spending, trading, and growing your money on-chain, without the jargon or the friction.

We're still in private beta. We've already done:

- $100M+ in card spends

- $1B+ in futures traded

- $50M+ in assets under management

That's the traction before we've opened the doors.

Role Overview:

You'll own Tria's core product areas end-to-end - the strategy, the roadmap, and the metrics that prove it's working. You decide what to build and why, ship it with engineering and design, then own the funnel after launch: adoption, activation, retention.

This is a builder's role with a clear line of sight. You'll set direction for your area within the company's, work directly with the Head of Product and founders, and collaborate with support and marketing so launches land - not just ship. You own a north-star metric and everything it takes to move it.

What you'll do:

- Own strategy and roadmap - decide what to build and the order to build it in, grounded in user insight and data, within the company's direction.

- Drive features end-to-end - concept to PRD to build to launch to iterate, with frontend, backend, QA, and design.

- Own the funnel - set the north-star metric, find the drop-offs, and run the experiments that lift activation, conversion, and retention.

- Make the numbers legible - instrument features, build the dashboards, and turn user behavior into the next thing to build.

- Land launches across the company - partner with support and marketing so every release reaches users, not just production, and feedback loops back into the roadmap.

- Make hard things feel simple - take genuinely complex crypto mechanics (self-custody, gas, KYC, on-chain money) and make them obvious to a mainstream mobile user.

Preferred candidate profile:

What you bring:

- 37 years shipping real consumer or fintech products, with at least one metric you owned and moved.

- Strong execution and judgment - you can write a crisp PRD and break it into the right engineering tasks.

- Hands-on with analytics and experimentation (Mixpanel/Amplitude, SQL, A/B testing).

- High ownership - you operate independently and drive outcomes without being managed to them.

- Excellent written and verbal communication, and comfort working shoulder-to-shoulder with engineers.

- Crypto/web3, fintech, trading, or wallets experience.
