Exp/: 2/-3 Yrs Key Responsibilities Team Leadership/: Assign tasks to production workers, evaluate staff performance, provide training, and resolve workplace disputes. Production Management/: Oversee daily production schedules, monitor machine performance, and minimize downtime to meet manufacturing targets.
