Are you a Senior AI leader who thrives at the intersection of strategy, technology, and client impact?

We're looking for someone who can turn cutting-edge AI capabilities into real business outcomes - driving revenue, transforming delivery, and enabling teams to win bigger and smarter.

In this role, you'll own the AI growth agenda across client engagement, presales, solution architecture, and delivery transformation. Your mandate: convert AI into revenue, sharpen delivery efficiency, and arm market-facing teams with differentiated offerings.

You'll partner with Client Partners, Business Development, delivery leaders, and practice teams to scale AI adoption across accounts - building offerings that clients want and competitors can't easily replicate.

What You'll Do :

1. Client Engagement & Problem Solving :

- Engage directly with enterprise clients to diagnose business challenges and shape AI-led transformation opportunities

- Translate complex client needs into practical, scalable AI solutions that fit real-world IT services delivery

- Become the go-to advisor for client leadership on AI adoption, roadmap design, and measurable value realization

2. AI-Led Revenue Growth & Presales :

- Own AI-led revenue growth by embedding AI into existing accounts and new deal pursuits

- Co-create compelling AI proposals, solution architectures, and business cases alongside Client Partner and BD teams

- Build and scale reusable AI offerings, accelerators, and industry-specific solutions that become competitive differentiators

- Shape deals, lead client presentations, and design commercial constructs, including innovative pricing models

3. AI in Delivery & Productivity Transformation :

- Inject AI into delivery lifecycles to boost productivity, cut costs, and raise quality bars

- Identify and scale high-impact use cases across automation, GenAI, service desk, application development, testing, and operations

- Champion adoption of AI tools and platforms within delivery teams to compress cycle times

- Establish best practices, reusable assets, and governance frameworks that make AI in delivery repeatable and scalable

4. Enabling Client Partner & BD Teams :

- Equip Client Partner and BD teams with AI playbooks, GTM strategies, and ready-to-deploy use case libraries

- Run workshops and training that sharpen AI positioning, storytelling, and solution selling

- Translate AI complexity into clear business outcomes and client value propositions

- Co-build a robust AI pipeline across key accounts

5. Program Leadership & Execution :

- Lead AI workstreams within large-scale transformation programs and managed services engagements

- Drive alignment across solutioning, architecture, and execution, keeping everyone pulling in the same direction

- Take PoCs from concept to scaled deployment, ensuring measurable business impact and client delight

- Orchestrate cross-functional teams of architects, data scientists, and engineers to deliver outcomes

6. Compliance & Delivery Governance :

- Maintain discipline on organizational processes, including timesheets, utilization, learning, and audit requirements

- Drive delivery governance, reporting, and compliance to the highest standards

- Ensure every AI initiative aligns with enterprise risk, security, and compliance frameworks

What You Bring :

Education : Any undergraduate or postgraduate degree; MBA or equivalent preferred

Experience :

15-25 years in AI/ML, GenAI, and enterprise IT services delivery, with a proven track record in AI-led deal support, presales, and revenue generation

Skills & Expertise :

- Deep expertise in AI/ML, GenAI, and enterprise IT services delivery models

- Track record of turning AI opportunities into closed deals and revenue

- Experience embedding AI within application services, infrastructure, or digital transformation programs

- Ability to connect the dots between business problems, technology architecture, and delivery execution

- Strong stakeholder management, equally comfortable with C-suite clients and internal sales teams

- A builder's mindset - creating scalable, reusable solutions, not one-off projects
