About CoFee CoFee is an innovative fee collection platform designed to simplify and streamline the payment process for educational institutions and organizations. Our mission is to help our clients reduce administrative burdens and deliver an efficient, user-friendly fee management experience. As we expand, were looking for passionate individuals who can help us build meaningful relationships with our growing customer base. We are looking for a Customer Support Executive with 1 to 3 years of experience, strong communication skills, empathy, and a passion for helping customers succeed. https://www.cofee.life/ What you will do: - Serve as the first point of contact for customer queries and product guidance - Build and maintain strong customer relationships - Resolve customer issues by coordinating with internal teams - Collect and share customer feedback with relevant teams - Maintain accurate customer records using CRM tools - Provide proactive support to drive customer success and satisfaction What makes you a great fit: - Strong communication skills in English & Hindi. - Open to entry-level candidates with a strong willingness to learn - Empathetic and clear communicator with good listening skills - Strong problem-solving mindset - Basic tech proficiency and eagerness to learn new tools - Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (freshers welcome) - High levels of empathy, patience, and customer focus - Ability to multitask and manage time in a fast-paced environment - Proficient in basic office tools (MS Office / Google Workspace) - Hands-on training on the fee collection platform with continuous learning support - Supportive, collaborative work culture - Clear career growth opportunities based on performance - Competitive compensation and benefits aligned with market standards for freshers Join us and be part of a team dedicated to transforming fee management into a seamless, empowering experience for institutions and their communities!
