Sales Executive

What you will enjoy doing

The Executive – Sales will be responsible for supporting business development activities, managing existing customer accounts, and contributing to revenue growth in line with ALPLA's sales strategy. The role involves close coordination with customers, internal operations, and supply chain teams to ensure timely order execution, customer satisfaction, and achievement of sales targets. The incumbent should demonstrate strong communication skills, market awareness, and a proactive approach to building long-term customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow assigned customer accounts through regular interaction and follow-ups
• Generate new business leads and support customer acquisition activities
• Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and assist in order finalization
• Coordinate with production, planning, and logistics teams for order execution
• Ensure timely collection of payments and adherence to credit terms
• Maintain accurate sales records, MIS reports, and customer data
• Conduct market and competitor analysis to support sales planning
• Participate in customer meetings, audits, and business reviews
• Ensure compliance with ALPLA's quality, safety, and ethical standards

What makes you great

• 1–3 years of sales experience in manufacturing, packaging, plastics, or FMCG industry
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Working knowledge of MS Office and ERP/SAP systems (preferred)
• Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities
• Willingness to travel for customer meetings as required
