Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for Architects & Designers based in Hyderabad. The role involves developing architectural and interior design concepts, preparing detailed drawings and 3D visualizations, and coordinating design revisions based on client feedback. Responsibilities include collaborating with project managers and contractors, ensuring that designs comply with local codes and standards, and overseeing design implementation on-site. The position also requires preparing material specifications, participating in client meetings, and supporting project documentation and presentations throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong skills in Architecture and Architectural Design, including concept development and space planning.
• Candidates should possess relevant skills in Software Development and Integration where needed for design tools, workflows, or automation.
• Candidates should possess solid Project Management abilities, including scheduling, coordination, and stakeholder communication.
• Candidates should be proficient in industry-standard design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, 3Ds Max, or similar visualization tools).
• Candidates should have a good understanding of building codes, materials, construction processes, and site supervision practices.
• Candidates should demonstrate strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and time management.
• A bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field is preferred; relevant professional experience in interior and architectural projects is beneficial.
