Product & Solutions Lead – Sentinel

Job Description

• Own and drive the Sentinel product roadmap and feature prioritisation.
  
• Gather, analyse, and translate customer requirements into product specifications and user stories.
  
• Collaborate with Engineering, AI, QA, and Design teams to deliver high-quality product releases.
  
• Lead product demonstrations, discovery workshops, and solution presentations for enterprise customers.
  
• Design customer-centric solutions aligned with business requirements.
  
• Support enterprise sales by preparing RFPs, RFIs, PoCs, security questionnaires, and solution proposals.
  
• Act as the product subject matter expert during customer engagements.
  
• Build and maintain strong relationships with UK and international enterprise customers.
  
• Drive customer onboarding, product adoption, and ongoing customer success initiatives.
  
• Liaise with customers, Sales, Engineering, AI, and Leadership teams to ensure successful product delivery.
  
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and identify emerging industry trends.
  
• Research AI, Risk Intelligence, KYC/KYB, AML, Financial Crime, and Continuous Monitoring technologies.
  
• Recommend innovative product enhancements based on customer feedback and market insights.
  
• Monitor product performance and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
  
• Deliver product training and enablement sessions for internal teams and customers.
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
  
• 5+ years of experience in Product Management, Solutions Consulting, Enterprise Pre-Sales, or a similar role.
  
• Strong understanding of KYC, KYB, AML, Financial Crime, Risk Intelligence, and Continuous Monitoring.
  
• Experience working with SaaS products and enterprise software solutions.
  
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
  
• Strong presentation, stakeholder management, and solution design skills.
  
• Experience writing Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), user stories, and functional specifications.
  
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
  
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, Figma, or similar collaboration tools.
  
• Understanding of APIs, AI products, cloud platforms, and enterprise integrations.
  

Preferred

• Experience working with UK/European enterprise clients.
  
• Exposure to AI, RegTech, FinTech, Compliance, or Risk Intelligence platforms.
  
• Commercial mindset with a strong customer-first approach.
  
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced startup environment.
