Job Description
  • Develop original and visually striking designs for digital and print media, including social media graphics, banners, brochures, flyers, posters, and packaging.
  • Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to conceptualize, design, and execute brand campaigns that meet strategic goals.
  • Maintain brand consistency by adhering to brand guidelines across all visual outputs.
  • Utilize industry-standard design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, etc.) to produce high-quality, scalable assets.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting tight deadlines without compromising quality.
  • Stay updated with design trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in visual communication.
  • Conduct design reviews and incorporate feedback from stakeholders to refine and finalize deliverables.
  • Optimize designs for various platforms, including web, mobile, and social media, ensuring responsiveness and accessibility.


Requirements

  • 2–5 years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably within the Arts & Graphics or creative services industry.
  • Proven portfolio demonstrating a strong command of typography, color theory, layout, and visual storytelling.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, or similar design tools.
  • Experience in designing for digital platforms, including social media, websites, and email campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of print production processes, including file preparation and color management.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to manage time efficiently and deliver high-quality work under pressure.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field is preferred.



Requirements
Experience - 1-4 years Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Strong portfolio showcasing digital and packaging design work. Understanding of social media platform requirements and visual storytelling principles. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
