About the Role
We are looking for a results-driven Performance Marketing Executive with a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Google Ads, digital marketing strategies, lead generation, campaign optimization, and performance analytics. The candidate will be responsible for driving admissions and brand visibility through data-driven marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
* Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max).
* Manage digital marketing campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
* Generate high-quality leads while maintaining the target Cost Per Lead (CPL).
* Monitor campaign performance and optimize ROI through continuous testing and improvements.
* Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting.
* Manage remarketing and retargeting campaigns.
* Work closely with the admissions and creative teams to develop high-converting campaigns.
* Track campaign performance using Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and Looker Studio.
* Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
* Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, algorithms, and advertising platforms.
Required Skills
* Minimum 3 years of experience in Performance Marketing.
* Strong expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
* Hands-on experience with Google Analytics (GA4) and Google Tag Manager.
* Knowledge of SEO, SEM, remarketing, conversion tracking, and landing page optimization.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent communication and reporting abilities.
* Experience in the education sector will be an added advantage.
