Role: Media Planner & Buyer Location: Hyderabad (On - site) Experience: 3-6 years Company: Tring India – India’s largest Celebrity Engagement Platform Company Overview: Tring is India’s Largest Tech-Enabled Celebrity Engagement Platform with 15,000+ celebrities on board like Kusha Kapila, Tamannaah Bhatia, MS Dhoni, Rajkummar Rao, Shilpa Shetty, Shivam Dube, Sonali Bendre, Ali Fazal, to name a few. Tring helps brands connect with celebrities for brand ambassador deals, endorsements, event appearances, image rights, influencer marketing, and more. Having worked with over 1,500 brands across industries, Tring makes celebrity marketing accessible and cost effective for businesses of all sizes. Key Responsibilities : - Sourcing Smart: Identify and negotiate with OOH media owners across Hyderabad — hoardings, billboards, bus shelters, kiosks, metro & transit media. - Running the Show: Own campaigns from planning to execution to closure, keeping every timeline on track. - Bridging the Gaps: Coordinate vendors, internal marketing, creative, and ops teams to get artwork live on schedule. - Boots on Ground: Conduct site visits, verify locations, and collect proof of execution. - Playing Smart with Money: Prepare media plans, cost comparisons, and vendor evaluations; negotiate for cost efficiencies. - Fighting Fires: Resolve on-ground issues fast so campaigns go live without a hitch. Are You The One? - 3–6 years in Media Buying, preferably OOH. - A sharp negotiator with real vendor management chops. - Organized enough to juggle multiple campaigns without dropping a ball.  Comfortable with Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Workspace. - Fluent in Telugu (A must), English & Hindi. - Based in Hyderabad and up for frequent local travel for site visits and vendor meetings. Bonus Points - Experience running large-scale integrated marketing campaigns will make us very happy.
