Junior Inside Sales Executive (Fresher)

Location - Hyderabad (Work from Office)

Experience - Freshers ( 0 to 6 Months )


Job Summary


We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Junior Inside Sales Executive to join our sales team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates who are eager to build a career in B2B sales and business development. The candidate will be trained on lead generation, CRM management, LinkedIn outreach, sales intelligence tools, and client engagement.


Key Responsibilities:-


  • Research companies and identify potential business opportunities.
  • Identify decision-makers using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other sales intelligence platforms.
  • Generate leads through LinkedIn, online research, and databases.
  • Send connection requests, follow-up messages, and introductory emails to prospects.
  • Maintain and update lead information in the CRM (Pipedrive).
  • Support outbound lead generation campaigns.
  • Assist in scheduling meetings and discovery calls for the sales team.
  • Learn and follow the organization's sales process and best practices.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
  • Work closely with senior Business Development Executives and the marketing team.
  • Prepare daily and weekly activity reports.

  • Good internet research and analytical skills.
  • Eagerness to learn sales processes and new technologies.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and goal-oriented.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.


Eligibility:-


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, Computer Science, or any related discipline.
  • MBA (Marketing) is an added advantage.
  • Freshers with excellent communication skills and a passion for sales are encouraged to apply.
