Executive Sales Representative

【Job Responsibilities】 1.Responsible for market development and customer acquisition of UPS (Rackmount/Tower), Solar Inverter Off Grid & Hybrid (IP21 & IP66), and Energy storage (Lithium battery/Stackable System) products in the market, formulate targeted sales plans, and achieve individual and team sales targets. 2.Deeply understand the needs of local customers major on B2B, promote product solutions, maintain customer relationships, and enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty. 3.Collect regional market dynamics, competitor information and customer feedback, form regular reports, and send them to the company, to provide data support for product Optimisation and market strategy adjustment 4.Collaborate with technical and after-sales teams to solve problems met by customers during product procurement and usage and ensure the smooth progress of the sales process. 5.Sales lead generation and maintain the target MOQ, projection meet etc. 【Job Requirements】 1.Experience: At least 2+ year s of sales experience in UPS (Rackmount/Tower), Solar Inverter off grid & Hybrid (IP21 & IP66), and Energy storage (Lithium battery/Stackable System) power electronics-related industries; candidates familiar with the structure and channel model of India's local power electronics market are preferred. 2.Abilities: Possess strong market development capabilities and communication skills and be able to independently complete customer development and maintenance work. 3.Qualities: Strong ability to work under pressure, good sense of team collaboration and customer service, and able to adapt to business trips.
