Job Title: Social Media Manager (SMM)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Manager to develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating engaging content, increasing brand awareness, managing online communities, and driving audience engagement across various social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with business goals.
• Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across social media platforms.
• Manage company accounts on Facebook, Instagram, , X (Twitter), YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
• Monitor social media trends and implement best practices.
• Respond to comments, messages, and customer inquiries in a timely manner.
• Plan and execute social media campaigns to increase brand awareness and lead generation.
• Coordinate with the marketing, design, and content teams to ensure consistent branding.
• Analyze campaign performance using social media analytics tools and prepare performance reports.
• Manage paid social media campaigns and optimize them for better ROI.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging social media platforms.

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of major social media platforms and their algorithms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creativity in content creation and campaign planning.
• Basic graphic design knowledge using tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Experience with social media management tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, or Meta Business Suite.
• Analytical skills to interpret performance metrics and optimize campaigns.
• Understanding of SEO, digital marketing, and online branding.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.
• Experience in managing both organic and paid social media campaigns is preferred..

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and Google Analytics.
• Experience with video editing tools such as CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar software.
• Familiarity with influencer marketing and social media advertising.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
