Sales Manager

Job Description

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and objectives. • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, fostering strong relationships with key clients and partners. • Lead, mentor, and motivate a sales team to achieve individual and collective targets. • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to adapt sales strategies accordingly. • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis to senior management.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Sales Manager in the Hospitality & Tourism sector. • Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets. • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. • Strong leadership abilities with experience managing and developing a sales team. • In-depth knowledge of the Delhi hospitality market.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field. • Minimum of 7 years of progressive sales experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role. • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team. • Fluency in English and Hindi (written and spoken).

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree and/or diploma in Hotel Management or a related field. Proficiency in MS Office, Property Management Systems (PMS), and Revenue Management Tools preferred. Experience: Minimum 7+ years of experience in a 5-star hotel environment in roles such as Deputy Manager, Assistant Operations Manager, or Hotel Manager.
