Role Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic and creative Influencer Marketing Associate to manage influencer collaborations and support the execution of influencer marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate should have strong communication, negotiation, coordination, and relationship-building skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and research relevant influencers across Instagram, YouTube, and other social media platforms.
  • Build and maintain relationships with influencers and content creators.
  • Coordinate with influencers for brand collaborations, campaigns, and content requirements.
  • Communicate campaign briefs, deliverables, timelines, and brand guidelines to influencers.
  • Negotiate commercials, deliverables, and collaboration terms with influencers.
  • Coordinate with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth campaign execution.
  • Track influencer content, deadlines, approvals, and campaign deliverables.
  • Monitor campaign performance and prepare basic campaign reports.
  • Maintain an updated database of influencers and their relevant details.
  • Stay updated with social media trends, emerging creators, and influencer marketing trends.
  • Assist in developing creative influencer campaign ideas based on client objectives.
  • Ensure campaigns are executed within the agreed timelines and requirements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or a related field.
  • 0–2 years of experience in Influencer Marketing, Social Media, Digital Marketing, Client Servicing, or a similar role.
  • Freshers with strong communication skills and an interest in influencer marketing can also apply.
  • Good knowledge of Instagram, YouTube, and other social media platforms.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
  • Good coordination and follow-up abilities.
  • Creative mindset with an understanding of current social media trends.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Good organizational and time-management skills.
  • Basic knowledge of digital marketing and social media analytics will be an added advantage.
