Role Description: This is a full-time, on-site Inside Sales Executive role based in Ahmedabad. The Inside Sales Executive will handle inbound and outbound sales calls, qualify leads, and convert prospects into customers for Dolphy’s product portfolio. Responsibilities include managing the sales pipeline, conducting product presentations and demonstrations via phone or online channels, and preparing quotations and proposals. The role also involves maintaining accurate records in CRM systems, following up on leads from marketing campaigns, and coordinating with the field sales and operations teams to ensure smooth order processing. The Inside Sales Executive will provide timely customer support, address queries, and contribute to achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets. Qualifications - Candidates should possess strong Inside Sales and Sales skills, with experience in handling B2B or B2C customers. - Candidates should possess Lead Generation skills, including prospecting, qualifying leads, and managing a sales pipeline. - Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present products clearly and persuasively. - Candidates should possess solid Customer Service skills, focusing on responsiveness, relationship building, and issue resolution. - Relevant experience in building materials, automation products, hospitality solutions, or related industries is an advantage. - Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and basic data analysis to track and report sales performance. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meet targets, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. - Graduate degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing, or a related field preferred; equivalent practical experience will also
