Field Service Engineer (Mec / Ele) - India

Role Description

This is a consultancy-based contract role for a Mechanical / Electrical Service Engineer based in India. The Service Engineer will be responsible for installation, commissioning, and after-sales support of cigarette packaging equipment. Primary regions are India and UAE, global assignments are possible depending on project needs and applicant availability.

Key Responsibilities

• Contributing to installation and commissioning of high-speed cigarette packaging equipment.
• Provide technical troubleshooting, maintenance, and service support to customers.
• Conduct equipment testing, calibration, and optimization to ensure efficient production performance.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as the primary technical contact during equipment installation.
• Train client staff on operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of machinery.
• Prepare and maintain accurate technical documentation, service reports, and commissioning records.
• Travel within India, UAE, and globally as required to support installation and after-sales activities.
