Job Description : -

  • Support the day-to-day operations of payroll and compensation systems, including configuration, testing, and troubleshooting.
  • Partner with HR operations teams to understand their needs and deliver timely, effective support.
  • Assist with data validation, reporting, and documentation to enable informed decision-making.
  • Help manage system access and maintain compliance with governance standards.
  • Contribute to projects and initiatives that improve system functionality and user experience.

  • Approximately 3 years of experience in HR technology, systems support, or related roles.
  • Required experience with :
  • Workday configuration for Payroll (US &UK), Core Compensation, and Core HCM
  • Advanced and Matrix reporting in Workday
  • Preferred experience includes :
  • beqom
  • Workday Time Tracking configuration
  • Composite reports, Discovery Boards, and PRISM analytics in Workday
  • Integrations, particularly Global Payroll Connect (PECI and related integrations)
  • Workday calculated fields
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
