About the Role :

We are seeking an experienced and innovative Senior AI / ML / GenAI Engineer to join our advanced data science team. You will be instrumental in building next-generation AI infrastructure and deploying cutting-edge machine learning solutions that drive transformative business outcomes for our call center operations, focusing on sales optimization, customer retention, and operational excellence.

This role combines traditional MLOps expertise with modern Generative AI capabilities, requiring proficiency in both classical machine learning and state-of-the-art LLM technologies.

Required Skills & Experience :

Experience : 5-8 years of professional experience in Data Science, ML / DL Architecture, Generative AI, or AI / ML development roles.

Production Expertise : Proven track record of deploying and maintaining production ML systems at scale is a must.

Programming Mastery : Expert-level proficiency in Python (3.9+) and its ecosystem (Pandas, NumPy, Polars, etc.).

Core ML / DL Frameworks : Expertise in PyTorch and / or TensorFlow and Gradient Boosting Libraries (XGBoost, LightGBM).

GenAI Stack : Hands-on, production experience with Large Language Models (e.g., GPT, Gemini, Llama) and frameworks like LangChain and LangGraph.

Data & MLOps Tools : Strong experience with Big Data processing (PySpark, Dask) and vector databases (Weaviate, Pinecone, etc.).

Domain Knowledge (Preferred) : Experience in call center, customer service, or telecommunications industries.

Education : Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related technical field.

What You Will Do :

Generative AI Development : Design and implement Generative AI solutions for call center applications, including conversation analysis, automated response generation, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems.

Production ML Engineering : Build and optimize robust, scalable data pipelines (using Spark, Kafka, etc.) and low-latency model serving infrastructure to support real-time and batch inference at scale.

MLOps Automation : Automate end-to-end ML workflows, from feature engineering to model deployment. Implement CI / CD pipelines and advanced monitoring for performance, data drift, and system health.

Model Optimization : Apply prompt engineering, fine-tuning (LoRA, QLoRA), and model optimization techniques to improve LLM performance for domain-specific use cases.

Collaboration : Work closely with Data Scientists and cross-functional teams to translate research prototypes into production-ready, enterprise-grade solutions.

Work Conditions :

The role is 100% remote, requiring effective communication with teams across different time zones. Regular virtual meetings and reporting sessions will be an integral part of the role. Flexible working hours with overlap for team collaboration may be required.
