Should have managed multiple projects, topline of more than 1000Cr. Should have been cluster head for at least 3-5 years. Site head for at least 5 years in the past.
Sales Strategy & Execution
Set annual and monthly sales targets for all residential projects.
Monitor performance of each site and take corrective action to achieve targets.
Ensure uniform sales processes, pricing discipline, and inventory management across sites.
Track sales funnel performance and drive improved conversions
Team Leadership
Lead Site Heads and Sales Managers across all residential locations.
Conduct regular performance reviews and drive productivity improvement.
Identify training needs and build capability across the sales team.
Foster a strong customer-focused and target-driven culture.
Channel Partner Management
Build and strengthen relationships with channel partners and brokers.
Drive CP engagement activities to enhance site visits and closures.
Monitor CP contribution and activate low-performing partners.
Implement incentive programs aligned with business objectives.
Customer Experience & CRM Coordination
Oversee lead management and ensure timely follow-ups and closures.
Coordinate with CRM for customer communication, documentation, and collections.
Resolve high-level escalations and ensure smooth handover to CRM.
Ensure customer experience standards are followed across all sites.
Launch & Site Readiness
Ensure all sales sites are prepared with updated pricing, inventory sheets, and sales tools.
Support pre-launch and launch activities in coordination with Marketing.
Monitor site readiness, staffing, and customer handling quality.
Provide inputs to marketing for lead generation and market positioning.
Market Intelligence
Track micro-market conditions, competitor pricing, and project performance.
Share insights with management to support pricing decisions and sales strategy.
Identify new opportunities for sales growth and customer segments.
Collections Support
Work with CRM and Finance to ensure timely collections from customers.
Review outstanding payments and implement strategies to reduce ageing.
Support CRM during key customer negotiations related to collections.
