Job Summary :

Primary Skills (Core must-have) :

  • Microsoft Purview Information Protection (formerly AIP)
  • Microsoft DLP (Endpoint, M365, Exchange, SharePoint, Teams)
  • Data classification, labeling, and encryption
  • DLP policy creation, tuning, and incident response
  • Microsoft Security & Compliance Center administration
  • Information governance & sensitive data handling (PII, PCI, HIPAA, GDPR contexts)

Secondary Skills (Good-to-have) :

  • Microsoft Defender for Endpoint & Cloud Apps (CASB)
  • Azure Information Protection (legacy)
  • Security monitoring & reporting (via Sentinel or other SIEM)
  • Identity & Access Management (Azure AD, Conditional Access)
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements (GDPR, HIPAA, PCI-DSS)
  • Experience with other DLP tools (Symantec, Forcepoint, McAfee) for cross-platform exposure
