Job Brief

One of our esteemed clients is seeking a Sales Executive to join their core team in Pune. In this role, you will drive new business opportunities, engage with clients, and close deals for their software development and AI-led services.

This is an individual contributor role with strong ownership and growth potential.

Responsibilities

  • Generate leads via LinkedIn, email, calls, and events.
  • Conduct discovery meetings and gather client requirements.
  • Collaborate with leadership on proposals, pricing, and negotiations.
  • Follow up consistently and drive deal closures.
  • Maintain CRM data and manage the sales pipeline.
  • Represent the company with clarity and professionalism.
  • Monthly Milestones

  • 80 to 100 new leads.
  • 10+ qualified discovery calls.
  • 3 to 5 custom proposals sent.
  • 1 to 2 deal closures.
  • Annual revenue contribution : 60 to 65 Lakhs

  • Performance-based incentives are tied to the above-mentioned outcomes.
  • Who We re Looking For

  • 2 to 4+ years of B2B tech sales experience (IT services, SaaS, or consulting).
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Familiarity with AI, Automation, Custom Software, and Mobile / Web Development.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
  • Available to work onsite (Pune) Monday to Friday.
  • A self-starter with long-term growth ambition.
