Robot Teaching - Offline Programming Engineer

Job Responsibilities

Hands on experience on robot offline programming using ABB Robostudio software for ABB robots and Fanuc Roboguide software for Fanuc Robots

Design and implement of robot processes including develop robot offline programs

Able to create offline program including paint path creation, paint path optimization, paint process parameters optimization to achieve product quality

Perform analysis and feasibility studies for new parts for robotic operations

Basic knowledge of Paint process is added advantage

Online or Offline troubleshooting of ABB and or Fanuc Robots is added advantage

Ability to manage project without guideline and provide solutions

Should have hands on experience in Offline & Online Paint Robot Teaching.

Should have experience of Handing Robot Paint Parameter (Like HV, shaping air, Rinsing air, paint Flow etc.).

Should have Experience of Robot Installation & Commissioning. know Robot Safety Standards.

Should have experience on Handling Painting Robot make, Motoman, Durr, ABB ect.

Should have knowledge of Colour Matching for Solid & metallic Colours.

Candidate should have expertise of Handling Painting defects.

Candidate should have very Good Knowledge of PTED & TOPCOAT Process.

Should have knowledge of Production requirements checks, understand Stellantis Standard (RT’s).

Concept design, RFQ and Technical document preparation as per new facility requirement.

Competencies

a) Technical

Should have exposure in Software like ROBOCAD, MOTOSIM, Roboguide, Paint Pro

Sound knowledge in automobile paint shop process with special experience in ED, topcoat line, paint mixing room, Repair touchup line.

Problem solving & defect root cause analyzing ability, experience in control system, PLC, Effective coordination & handling equipment, and paint material suppliers

Knowledge on Auto CAD will be added advantage.

b) Behavioral

Ability to work with deadlines & without supervision.

Leadership - to Drive CFT

Good analysis Skills

Dynamic & self Starter

Good Team Player – he can work as CFT to solve Quality issue

Should have Problem Solving Skills
