Key Responsibilities
1. Target Achievement & Sales Performance
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets.
- Drive product dilution from Distributors / Super Stockists.
- Increase active counters and pet shops stocking the products.
- Ensure product availability and visibility in all assigned markets.
- Ensure timely payment collection from distributors
2. Team Coordination & Execution Discipline
Conduct daily coordination meetings with the ASM.Follow the tour plan and Beat Plans without deviation.Ensure smooth communication between sales teams, distributors, and internaldepartments.
3. Market Penetration & Expansion
Conduct regular market visits to understand customer and consumer needs.Analyse competitor trends and share insights with ASM.Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and gather regular feedback.Identify and convert new customers to expand market coverage.Support the creation of an efficient and cost-optimised distribution channel.4. Sales Strategy & Reporting
Prepare and share daily sales and performance reports with ASM.Participate actively in product promotions and visibility initiatives.Track performance vs. targets and execute corrective actions.Track Distributor’s Stock and Secondary Sales on weekly basis.Track Schemes Enrolments so that it should be completed timely.5. Compliance & Ethical Standards
Adhere strictly to company SOPs and field activity guidelines.Submit monthly TA / DA to ASM by the 5th of every month.Submit next month’s Travel Plan by the 25th of every month.Ensure all interactions follow company policies, code of conduct, and ethicalstandards.
Maintain transparency and avoid any miscommunication within the team or withcustomers.
