Japanese Language Trainer (N5–N4 Level) – JWA KIHON Program

📍  Remote | Contractual | Immediate Joining | 6–7 Month Program

Japan With Adi (JWA)  — India’s leading ecosystem for Japan-bound students — is launching a brand-new flagship initiative :   JWA KIHON .

This program is designed to  build a strong Japanese foundation (N5 + N4 JLPT levels)  with a focus on  real-world conversational skills  and an  immersive learning experience  for Indian students aspiring to study, work, or live in Japan.

We’re now hiring  exceptional Japanese Language Trainers  who can bring energy, creativity, and impact to this ambitious project.

Role Overview

As a  Japanese Language Trainer  under the JWA KIHON Program, you will :

  • Teach  complete N5 and N4 JLPT curriculum  (grammar, vocabulary, kanji, listening, and reading).
  • Conduct  interactive online classes  for small batches (15 students per batch).
  • Deliver  conversational Japanese sessions  and ensure students gain fluency and cultural understanding.
  • Handle multiple batches and maintain consistent quality across sessions.
  • Work closely with the  Program Director (Adi)  and the JWA academic team to align with student feedback and curriculum progress.
  • Be featured on JWA’s national platform (YouTube, events, seminars) — reaching thousands of learners across India.

We’re NOT looking for typical “textbook-only” teachers.

We want  bold, enthusiastic, extroverted, confident, and creative trainers  — passionate about Japan and determined to make an impact.

You are the right fit if you :

  • Have a  strong command of Japanese  and  love teaching .
  • Are confident in communicating fluently in  Japanese, English, and Hindi .
  • Know how to use  Zoom, Google Meet, and online learning tools  effectively.
  • Can  inspire students , not just instruct them.
  • Are  consistent, reliable, and disciplined  in completing the syllabus on time.
  • Have  a social presence  or are open to building one.
  • Are ready to work with a passionate, fast-moving team shaping India–Japan education bridges.

    • Eligibility & Requirements

  • JLPT N3 or higher (mandatory)
  • Experience : Minimum 1 year of teaching Japanese (online or offline).
  • Experience living / studying in Japan  is a strong advantage.
  • Immediate joiners preferred  — program launches soon.
  • Must be  comfortable handling multiple batches  simultaneously (with structured scheduling).
