Key Responsibilities
- Promote and cross-sell financial products such as personal loans, credit cards, and other offerings to existing and new customers
- Achieve monthly and quarterly assigned sales targets through effective customer engagement
- Conduct field visits, tele-calling, and partner location interactions to generate business leads
- Educate customers on product features, benefits, eligibility, and application process
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships to drive repeat business and referrals
- Collect and verify KYC documents, ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory guidelines
- Coordinate with internal branch teams and external channel partners to optimize sales outcomes
- Provide timely updates and reports on sales performance, customer feedback, and local market trends
