Candidate Profile Fit

  • Skills Match : Must have strong Fusion HCM experience (Payroll UK is a big plus).
  • Experience Match : 6+ years Oracle HCM functional experience; 4+ implementations.
  • Technical Fit : Fast Formulas writing capability.
  • Methodology : Familiarity with AIM / OUM phases and documentation.
  • Soft Skills : Communication and presentation.

Recruitment Notes

  • Target candidates with UK Payroll Fusion HCM experience .
  • Look for end-to-end implementation experience in at least 2 modules .
  • Candidates with Fusion OTL or Core HR exposure are preferable.
  • Shortlist from locations : Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai, Pune, Noida .
