Position Mission :
Responsible for identifying, engaging, and placing qualified doctors in healthcare roles while ensuring compliance with NHS regulations. The role requires effective communication, negotiation, and relationship management to meet business objectives and enhance operational efficiency.
Responsibilities :
- Establish and develop commercial business relationships with potential doctors through telephone outreach, understanding their recruitment needs.
- Conduct documentation checks and follow-ups with doctors, ensuring compliance with NHS regulations and specific vacancies.
- Clarify and negotiate payments, benefits, and contractual terms with candidates.
- Manage the uploading and processing of doctor profiles on hospital job portals.
- Gather feedback and references from hospitals regarding the performance of previously placed candidates.
- Maintain accurate records and generate personal performance reports for review against set targets.
- Mentor, guide, and train junior consultants, supporting their professional development.
- Achieve and manage targets related to invoicing and booked margin.
- Handle multiple tasks efficiently while ensuring smooth workflow and timely completion of assignments.
- Coordinate closely with both U.K. and India teams to ensure seamless client communication and updates.
- Liaise with hospital staff, clients, and doctors to effectively manage the doctor bank.
- Oversee short-term vacancies, including negotiating rates, chasing documents, and coordinating with relevant staff.
Essential Functions :
