Role Overview

We’re looking for a

Python / Django Developer

who can design, build, and maintain backend services and APIs that power our web applications. The ideal candidate is passionate about performance, scalability, and writing maintainable code.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, test, and maintain Django-based applications and RESTful APIs

Collaborate with front-end and product teams to design and ship new features

Optimize database queries and improve system performance

Implement integrations with external APIs and third-party services

Write clean, reusable, and well-documented code

Participate in code reviews and contribute to team best practices

Required Skills & Experience

3+ years of experience with

Python

and

Django

(Django REST Framework a plus)

Strong understanding of

relational databases

(PostgreSQL or MySQL)

Experience with

Git ,

Celery , and

Redis

Familiarity with REST APIs ,

JSON , and

asynchronous tasks

Good understanding of Docker ,

unit testing , and

CI / CD

workflows

Experience working in

cloud environments

(AWS / GCP / Azure)

Nice to Have

Experience with

React / Next.js

or other front-end frameworks

Familiarity with

Kafka ,

MongoDB , or

ClickHouse

Understanding of scaling SaaS systems

and

multi-tenant architectures
