Senior User Experience Designer

Location : Dahisar, Mumbai

Role Description

We are seeking a Senior User Experience (UX) Designer for a full-time, on-site position based in Mumbai. The Senior UX Designer will be responsible for leading the design process, including user research, creation of interactive prototypes, and implementing design thinking principles into user-centric solutions. The role will also involve collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to optimize product usability, create visually appealing designs, and improve overall user experience.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Design Thinking and User Research to inform and guide innovative and user-centered solutions.
• Expertise in User Experience (UX) design and Prototyping, ensuring usability and functionality across various platforms.
• Proficiency in Visual Design, maintaining high standards of aesthetics and brand consistency.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to lead design discussions and cross-team initiatives.
• Experience with UX / UI tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar tools is preferred.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field is desirable.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of projects and design processes.
