About the Role

We’re looking for a Flutter Developer to join our engineering team at Credes. This is a fully remote position with a total salary of ₹30,000 / month .

As a Flutter Developer, you’ll be responsible for building and maintaining high-quality cross-platform mobile applications for iOS and Android. You’ll work on live client projects as well as in-house products, collaborating with developers, designers, and strategists to deliver modern, scalable, and performance-driven mobile experiences. Success in this role means writing clean, maintainable code, designing efficient architecture, and building apps that users love.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain production-ready Flutter apps with Clean Architecture / MVVM design patterns.
  • Build responsive and adaptive UIs, ensuring seamless performance across iOS and Android.
  • Integrate with backends Django, Node.js, or others) through REST APIs and realtime data.
  • Work with Firebase / Supabase for authentication, push notifications, and cloud storage.
  • Ensure code quality through unit, widget, and integration testing.
  • Debug, optimize, and resolve performance issues across different devices.
  • Collaborate closely with designers to implement animations, gestures, and interactive features.
  • Deploy apps to Google Play Store and Apple App Store and manage release cycles.
  • Stay updated with Flutter and Dart ecosystem improvements and recommend best practices.

Required Skills & Knowledge

  • 1 to 2 years of professional experience in Flutter development.
  • Strong knowledge of Dart and Flutter framework.
  • Solid understanding of state management Provider, Riverpod, Bloc, or similar).
  • Knowledge of authentication flows, security practices, and data handling.
  • Familiarity with Firebase services Auth, Firestore, Cloud Messaging).
  • Experience using Git / GitHub for version control and collaborative workflows.
  • Strong logical reasoning, problem-solving skills, and ability to write clean, testable code.
  • Must have developed and published at least one Flutter app to the Play Store or App Store.
  • Experience consuming and integrating REST APIs / JSON data.

  • Experience with animations and motion design in Flutter.
  • Integration of Lottie animations for enhanced UI.
  • Knowledge of A / B testing in apps to optimize features and UX.
  • Familiarity with Flutter testing frameworks for unit, widget, and integration testing.
  • Experience deploying apps to Google Play Store / Apple App Store.
  • Interest in experimenting with AI / automation integrations.

    • Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
  • 1 to 2 years of Flutter development with proven published app(s).
  • Strong foundation in software engineering principles and mobile app architecture.
  • Ability to work independently in a fully remote setup while collaborating with a distributed team.
