Senior Associate – Communication

Overview of the Team :

The Communications Team at Akanksha works with internal and external stakeholders to build the

brand and share the organization’s work. The team handles social media, media outreach, events,

reports, and internal communication. It also supports talent recruitment, donor communication,

and storytelling around Akanksha’s impact.

Position Summary :

As Senior Associate – Communications (Nagpur), you will play a key role in managing

Akanksha’s communications in the region. Your top priorities will be :

1. Managing and growing Akanksha’s social media handle – increasing engagement and

building meaningful collaborations.

2. Exploring new avenues of outreach, including media partnerships, newspaper articles, and

networking events.

3. Exploring and building partnerships that support Akanksha’s programs.
