Job Title : Business Manager - Design

Key Responsibilities

Project Management :

Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring projects stay within financial and time constraints.

Client & Team Collaboration :

Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and vision, and lead and motivate a team of designers and other professionals.

Design & Aesthetics :

Translate client needs into design concepts, plans, and visualizations, ensuring the design aligns with functional requirements and aesthetic standards.

Material Selection :

Research and select appropriate materials, furniture, fixtures, and finishes for projects.

Vendor & Contractor Management :

Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and other specialists, managing relationships to ensure quality outcomes and timely installation.

Quality & Compliance :

Oversee the installation of design elements, ensure all projects comply with relevant building codes and safety regulations.

Client Satisfaction :

Maintain clear communication with clients, provide regular updates, and resolve any concerns to ensure high satisfaction.

Industry Awareness :

Stay informed about current interior design trends, materials, techniques, and best practices.
