Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Guwahati for a Retail Engineer. The Retail Engineer will be responsible for overseeing installation projects, ensuring quality control, coordinating with sales and service teams, providing technical support to customers, and managing on-site issues. Additional duties include site inspections, troubleshooting, and ensuring installation standards are met.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in overseeing installation projects and ensuring quality control
• Strong coordination skills with sales and service teams
• Ability to provide technical support and manage on-site issues
• Experience in conducting site inspections and troubleshooting
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and attend on-site roles
• Experience in the windows and doors industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
