About the Role

We’re looking for a driven, creative Ads & Partnerships Manager to bring brands, advertisers, and media agencies into this new ecosystem of verified human attention. You’ll be the bridge between our ad-tech innovation and the advertisers who want efficiency, transparency, and real results.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, reach out, and onboard advertisers, agencies, and media partners to run campaigns on NFThing Ads-On.
- Develop and execute a sales pipeline to bring new advertisers onboard.
- Develop ad sales strategies targeting brands across industries (consumer tech, fashion, fintech, entertainment, etc.).
- Manage the end-to-end ad campaign lifecycle, from pitch to negotiation to execution.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create custom campaign ideas, targeting strategies, and performance dashboards.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with brands, agencies, and marketing heads.
- Analyze ad performance data and communicate actionable insights to partners.
- Work closely with product and marketing teams to refine advertiser onboarding experience.
- Craft and deliver compelling sales pitches and media kits showcasing NFThing’s performance metrics.
- Negotiate contracts, close deals, and meet quarterly revenue and growth targets.
- Use campaign analytics to demonstrate ROI and improve retention.
Who You Are
2+ years of experience in media sales, ad partnerships, or brand collaborations, preferably in digital media or ad-tech startups.Strong network of agency or brand contacts (especially in digital, performance, or influencer marketing).Experience working with ad agencies.Excellent communication, negotiation, and storytelling skills.Passionate about new media, ad-tech innovation, and shifting how digital ads are perceived.Self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, evolving environments.Familiarity with ad metrics (CPM, CTR, Brand Lift, etc.) and campaign management tools.Why Join Us
