About the job :

As the Engineering Manager, you will have technical ownership of critical enterprise software solution.

You will build the team to deliver the vision.

• Responsibilities include direct management of a team of 15 to 20 engineers, process and quality of service improvements, strategic planning, and management of resources across teams.
• Successful candidates will be strong leaders who can prioritize well, communicate clearly, and have a consistent track record of delivery.
• You should have great communication skills, a working knowledge of different engineering disciplines and how they relate to one another, and an aptitude for managing risk.
