We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented US IT Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. The recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring IT professionals for our US clients while ensuring a smooth and effective recruitment process.
Key Responsibilities :
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for IT positions using job boards (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, , etc.).
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for contract, contract-to-hire, and full-time positions.
- Build and maintain relationships with candidates to ensure high engagement and strong pipeline.
- Negotiate salary, rate, and terms with candidates as per client requirements.
- Coordinate interviews, collect feedback, and ensure timely updates to candidates and clients.
- Maintain ATS (Applicant Tracking System) with accurate and updated information.
