Qualification : B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical, E&TC, Mechatronics, Instrumentation, or MechanicalStrong knowledge of sales and marketing strategiesTrack record in business development executionExcellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skillsStrong analytical ability to assess and interpret market trendsTarget-driven with proven success in meeting and exceeding sales goalsDemonstrated leadership skills to guide and motivate teamsRequirements
Role & Responsibilities
Define and lead the sales strategy for the EV Connectors segmentDrive business with EV charger manufacturers, automotive OEMs, and EV infrastructure clientsBuild and maintain strong customer relationships and manage key accountsCollaborate with engineering and marketing teams for product promotion and go-to-market plansDeliver sales forecasts, market insights, and reports to managementRepresent the organization at industry events, trade shows, and networking forumsStay updated on EV trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory landscapeLead, mentor, and motivate the EV segment sales team to achieve targets
