A leading player in the flex workspace and commercial real estate ecosystem is looking for a Head of Demand – Flex Office Transactions to drive national demand strategy, enterprise growth, and deal closures across India. This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for revenue acceleration, channel ecosystem development, and strategic enterprise engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Demand Strategy & Growth
- Build and execute a national demand strategy across enterprise, GCC, and hybrid workspace segments.
- Drive deal origination, lead conversions, and enterprise mandates through direct outreach and channel partners.
- Identify anchor clients, long-term enterprise relationships, and recurring flex demand opportunities.
- Lead disciplined pipeline reviews, forecasting accuracy, and cross-regional alignment.
Sales Leadership & Governance
Lead and mentor regional sales teams to achieve revenue, margin, and conversion KPIs.Standardize sales processes, pricing governance, and deal approval norms for scale.Improve funnel visibility, competitive intelligence, and decision velocity across regions.Channel & Partner Ecosystem
Build and expand a strong national broker and CRE intermediary ecosystem.Define partner segmentation, engagement models, and performance-linked incentives.Strengthen relationships with IPCs and corporate real estate advisory firms to maximise deal flow.Enterprise Relationship Management
Serve as a senior relationship owner for key corporate clients and strategic accounts.Co-create workspace solutions aligned to hybrid work and distributed workforce requirements.Negotiate commercial structures that ensure portfolio yield, flexibility, and long-term retention.Market Intelligence & Demand Planning
Track enterprise demand trends, flex workspace adoption patterns, and competitive activity.Collaborate with Marketing and Product teams to refine offerings and GTM strategy.Ensure data integrity, predictive forecasting, and CRM-driven insights.Required Skills & Experience
12–14+ years in commercial real estate, enterprise sales, or workspace transactions.Proven success driving national or multi-city sales in CRE, IPCs, or flex workspace environments.Strong background in deal origination, negotiation, and structuring (revenue share, hybrid, managed models).Deep relationships with corporates, CRE heads, brokers, and IPC networks.Experience leading regional sales teams with measurable commercial outcomes.Commercial thinker with strong negotiation, governance, and strategic planning acumen.Who Will Succeed in This Role
