Java-based microservices

• Partner with Architects and Tech Leads to establish technical vision, system design, and longterm architecture
• Drive engineering excellence through code reviews, design reviews, observability,

performance tuning, and SLAs

Manage, coach, and grow a team of backend engineers across levels
