Job description
  • Manage and grow relationships with international ecommerce partners and marketplaces.
  • Own end-to-end account management including sales, operations, promotions, and performance tracking.
  • Analyze business performance using data-driven insights to identify opportunities and challenges.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, supply chain, operations, finance) to deliver business objectives.
  • Monitor competitive landscape and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
  • Ensure effective stakeholder management across both internal and external teams.
  • Drive operational excellence and support initiatives for category and revenue 2-4 years of proven experience as a Key Account Manager, preferably in ecommerce.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make actionable recommendations.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and other analytical tools; comfort with reporting and dashboards.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Knowledge of quick commerce platforms and dynamics will be a strong advantage.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and international business environment
