Manage and grow relationships with international ecommerce partners and marketplaces.
Own end-to-end account management including sales, operations, promotions, and performance tracking.
Analyze business performance using data-driven insights to identify opportunities and challenges.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, supply chain, operations, finance) to deliver business objectives.
Monitor competitive landscape and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
Ensure effective stakeholder management across both internal and external teams.
Drive operational excellence and support initiatives for category and revenue 2-4 years of proven experience as a Key Account Manager, preferably in ecommerce.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make actionable recommendations.
Proficiency in MS Excel and other analytical tools; comfort with reporting and dashboards.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Knowledge of quick commerce platforms and dynamics will be a strong advantage.
