Role Overview :

The Salesforce Project Manager will lead and oversee end-to-end Salesforce implementations, enhancements, and optimization initiatives. The role requires strong project management expertise, deep platform knowledge, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and business Responsibilities :

- Lead full-cycle Salesforce projects, including requirement gathering, design, development coordination, testing, deployment, and post-implementation support.

- Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, resources, and risks to ensure successful and on-time delivery.

- Work closely with cross-functional teams such as Salesforce consultants, developers, QA, business analysts, and business users.

- Drive Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies based on project needs.

- Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices, security standards, and governance policies.

- Oversee change requests, impact assessments, and release management activities.

- Conduct stakeholder workshops, facilitate requirement discussions, and maintain alignment

across teams.

- Deliver consistent project status updates, dashboards, and executive reports to leadership

and stakeholders.

- Proactively identify roadblocks, manage issues, and implement mitigation plans.

- Support user adoption through planning training, UAT, and documentation as needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Proven experience managing Salesforce implementation or enhancement projects.

- Strong understanding of the Salesforce platform, preferably Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud.

- Knowledge of Salesforce development lifecycle, integration concepts, APIs, security model,

and release management.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.

- Experience leading cross-functional teams in complex project environments.

- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Preferred Certifications :

- PMP, Prince2, or equivalent project management certification.

- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Agile-related certification.

- Salesforce Administrator Certification.

- Salesforce Sales Cloud or Service Cloud Consultant Certification.
