Essential Functions / Key Areas of Responsibility

Service support CRE :

• Manage Incidents / Service requests within SLA, tracking SLA

and taking actions in case of deviation.

Minimum Requirements : Skills, Experience & Education

Include minimum experience qualifications, required proficiencies with specialized knowledge, computer proficiencies, etc.
