QA Team Leader

Job Summary :

The Team Leader in the Lead Conversion Department will be responsible for overseeing and managing a team of counselors / Telecounselors focused on converting leads into successful enrollments. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales or lead conversion, strong leadership skills, and a passion for the education sector. This role requires a dynamic individual who can motivate their team to meet targets while maintaining a high standard of service.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and Manage the Team :

Supervise and mentor a team of counselors / Telecounselors responsible for lead conversion.

Develop and implement strategies to increase the conversion rate of leads into successful enrollments.

Conduct regular training sessions to enhance the skills and knowledge of the team.

Prepare regular reports on lead conversion rates, team performance, and other key metrics.
