Job Summary :
We are looking for a Dealership Executive / Manager to handle and grow our dealer and distributor network. The ideal candidate should have experience in managing channel sales, building strong dealer relationships, and driving consistent business growth within the electrical or manufacturing industry.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and expand the dealer / distributor network across assigned regions.
- Identify and onboard new partners to improve market reach.
- Monitor dealer performance and achieve sales targets.
- Handle pricing, negotiations, and dealer margins as per company policy.
- Coordinate with internal teams for timely dispatch and delivery.
- Conduct regular market visits and gather market insights.
- Resolve dealer issues related to payments, logistics, and after-sales.
- Maintain records of sales, collections, and outstanding payments.
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management.
- Organize dealer meets, training, and promotional activities.
Required Skills :
Experience in dealer / distributor management in the electrical or manufacturing sector.Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.Good knowledge of MS Excel, SAP, or ERP software.Excellent analytical and reporting abilities.Willingness to travel frequently for dealer visits and business development.
