Desired Candidate :
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
- At least 10+ years of experience in a leading role in Salesforce projects, 3+ years of experience in designing and implementing Salesforce solutions in complex environments.
- Strong Salesforce solution design experience specifically in the Service cloud and Sales Cloud and the ability to work in an agile manner in order to turn around / develop Solution fast and effectively in a short period of time.
- Proven experience of working in a fast paced environment, supporting the business in its adoption and progressing with solution design / build with sufficient control in place.
- Skilled in Core Salesforce cloud configuration and customisation (Service and Sales), declarative and programmatic Salesforce tooling, and integrating with 3rd party systems.
- Strong presentation, communication (written and verbal) skills, and problem solving skills.
- Partner with development teams to deliver project objectives through iterative delivery by offering expertise in solution design;
- Ensure defined Salesforce CRM architecture roadmap aligns with enterprise standards.
- Analyze new requests and define non-functional requirements and create solution design and architecture.
- Ability to communicate complex ideas in approachable terms tailored for varied audiences
- Ability to independently identify experience challenges
- Ability to lead other UX practitioners
- Proven history of approachable, constructive relationships with UX practitioners, internal stakeholders, and customers
- In-depth knowledge of the Customer Success Customer Support functions
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Familiar with Agile methodologies to manage and deliver projects efficiently and effectively
