Sales Coordinator

Preferred Qualifications
Industry Experience : Prior experience in agency, brand marketing, or media coordination preferred.
Work Experience : 1–2 years in client management, administration, or coordination roles (preferably in media / marketing).
Education : Bachelor’s Degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field.
Job Description (JD)
- Act as the first point of contact for new inquiries via calls, emails, and forms.
- Screen leads and gather basic requirements before passing them to the BDM or Director.
- Update and maintain CRM records for all leads - new, old, and existing clients.
- Schedule meetings, send calendar invites, and coordinate with the internal team.
- Maintain call logs, update internal trackers, and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Document client requirements and ensure clarity for the proposal / research team.
- Assist in sending introductory decks, follow-up emails, and onboarding documents.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports of lead status and team activity.
- Coordinate with marketing to ensure responses to campaigns are documented.
- Keep the Director and BDM informed about lead movement, call outcomes, and CRM status.
Key Performance Indicators (KPI)
Prepare client agreement documents tailored to the specific project or client being onboarded.Number of leads filtered and passed to BDM monthly.CRM update compliance – all fields filled with accuracy and timeliness.Meeting scheduling efficiency – time from inquiry to booked meeting.Follow-up punctuality and completeness.Weekly report submission on lead and pipeline status.Response rate to new inbound calls or inquiries.Client interaction logs completed and maintained.Email communications sent with minimal revisions needed.Number of missed leads (should be zero).Team feedback on support provided.Key Result Areas (KRA)
